ONLINE ACTIVITIES – Men’s EHF European Handball Championship 2022

ONLINE ACTIVITIES

Our Organizing Committee and the Watch Games. See More. team also joined the GAME TIME programme of the Hungarian Student Sports Association. The online series of challenges was launched by the organization in the spring of 2020 due to the lack of the traditional Student Olympics series, and in 2021, a year before the European Championships in Hungary, the programme will continue.
The seven-week activity aims to encourage students to engage in active exercise, health-promoting exercise, a healthy lifestyle and eight participating sports, including handball.
We are lucky as a selection of handball players show the exercises to the 10-14 year olds, these challenges need to be copied by the kids – and videos about it should be uploaded to the official website of the programme.
Kids can join the challenges at any time, earning points that can be redeemed in the Game Time „webshop”, including the limited edition WGSM headphones from our partner, MOJO.

In the framework of INTERACTIVE CLASSES, we will introduce the unique concept of the EHF EURO 2022 to the high school students and bring the players of the host Hungarian national team closer to them.

The ten-time sessions will be organized during the teaching period, and the basic aim of the programme is to spread the news of the EHF EURO 2022 to young people in an informative and entertaining way. Students can also learn about our social sites and interfaces, as well as our campaigns. We are trying to get to several regions of the country, mainly sports-themed high schools, where the sport of handball is also strongly present.

Well-known handball players, including national team players, help us, and by talking to them, young people get useful and authentic information about the tournament, handball and sports.

In addition to the conversation, we also invite children to a joint quiz game, one of whom will be enriched with a prize by the end of the class. nvitáljuk a gyerekeket, akik közül valaki az óra végére nyereménytárggyal gazdagodik.

The classes are taught by actress Franciska Farkas, a drama teacher who has extensive experience of orphanages and their residents.
The Watch Games. See More. team announced this programme to schools and orphanages in disadvantaged areas, as our main goal is to get the EHF EURO 2022 and its fame to the widest possible range of society and to as many children and young people as possible.
