The countdown has begun: a year before the start of the Hungarian-Slovakian co-hosted Men’s EHF EURO Handball European Championship, ticket sales for the tournament have started. The host cities in Hungary – including the always exciting and vibrant Budapest – are preparing for a real sports festival, with additional programmes, concerts and entertainment opportunities. The central arena of the EHF EURO 2022, the newest jewellery box in handball, the 20,000-seat Budapest Multifunctional Sports Hall, will host the opening game of the tournament, which will be the first group match of the host Hungarian national team. A separate day ticket can be exchanged for this opening day, with which you can also take part in extra pre-match programmes.
In addition to the opening day tickets, tickets for the Budapest Group Bundle (with which all group matches can be viewed), the final weekend of the European Championship can be purchased in the sales phase, and it is possible to exchange tickets for all European Championship matches in Budapest (Budapest Multifunctional Sports Hall Bundle). Hospitality tickets can also be redeemed in each category, offering the best seats in the arena with catering and surprise gifts.
