Tickets will be sold in
five price categories, with VIP tickets and tickets for wheelchair users. Day ticket prices range from 29 to 79 euros. In the case of packages, the prices range from 78 to 284 euros, depending on the number of matches in the package. The prices of packages for six duels within the preliminary groups in Bratislava and Košice are sold from 78 to 132 euros.
The second phase of the sale should start after the end of the qualification in May 2021, while the programme of matches of the European Championship 2022 will get its final form after the May draw of the preliminary groups in Budapest.
Tickets can be purchased through the website
www.slovakhandball.sk and the official ticket sellers are Eventim and Ticketportal.
One person will be able to buy a maximum of 10 pieces of one type of the tickets (daily or packages). In the case of packages, the fan will receive one ticket with which it will be able to attend all matches. The organising committee decided to take this step in an effort to limit sales, respectively part of sales on the black market, but also for ecological reasons – the number of printed tickets will be significantly reduced.
Discounts for wheelchair users and families
Discounts are available for wheelchair users and their companions. In the next phase of the sale, a family package of tickets will also be presented.
"There are no children's tickets in offer, but we are preparing a so-called family discount to attract people to the stands and allow families to enjoy the best of the European men's handball. We will inform about the details later. Then, we will announce when these tickets go to the sale and for what types of products the family discount can be applied," said
Igor Nemeček, Chairman of the Board of the Organising Committee of the Slovak part of the Championship.
